Here are a few things that I have learned this week...
1. Babies sometimes bounce back from medical emergencies faster than the adults. (He doesn't look like he was in NICU last week!)
2. A baby can still melt my heart even if I haven't slept more than 3 hours straight in over a week.
3. And according to his Daddy, I can call it any cute name I want, but that is still spit up on my shoulder and I should have packed more clothes!

I've never met Anna's husband, but I have met her, and I think baby Christian looks just like her!
And by the way, I LOVE the name! (I should, that's my son's first name!)

I am a NICU nurse and you are right, they can recover like nobody's business when they want to! He looks wonderful in his new outfit. Can't wait to see what 3 grandbabies in a year's time inspires you to create!

You are right; long after the baby has bounced back, the parents are still a nervous wreck!! They can be such resilient little things.
